WALK AWAY TO WIN is a book about how to identify healthy and unhealthy workplace cultures—specifically when the behaviors behind the latter lead to toxicity, hostility, and workplace bullying. But more than that, it’s a book about the true definition of winning, about prevailing against the odds, and about refusing to be a victim.
